Delete Your Gold Grillz Account

You can request deletion of your Gold Grillz customer account and associated personal data by emailing us at office@goldgrillz.uk.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Gold Grillz account and use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Include your full name and the email address used for your Gold Grillz account. We may need to ask for additional information to verify that the request is being made by the account holder.

What Happens After Your Request

Once your request has been verified, we will close your Gold Grillz customer account and delete or anonymise personal data associated with the account where applicable.

We will process deletion requests without undue delay and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

Information We May Need to Retain

Certain information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law. This can include transaction, order, invoice, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security or other records that we are legally required to keep.

Any information retained for these purposes will only be kept for the relevant legal, regulatory or legitimate purpose and will not be retained simply to keep your customer account active.
