How It Works

Choose Your Grillz

Choose your design from our categories, including Single Gold Teeth, Full Gold Grillz and Diamond Grillz. On the product page, select the available options for your piece: material and karat — Dental Gold (non-precious alloy), or solid 10k, 14k and 18k gold — colour such as yellow, white or rose gold, upper or lower, and any other options shown for that design. Add the quantity you need and continue to checkout.

Select Your Options & Place Your Order

When ordering single or custom teeth, fill in the tooth-position field on the product page. Describe which tooth you want made — for example, “canine on my left” or “second tooth on my right”.

Always count from the centre of the mouth towards the side (left or right), and include whether the tooth is upper or lower.

After checkout you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order.

Receive Your Mould Kit

Once payment is confirmed, we send your mould kit with written instructions on how to take your dental impressions. A short instructional video is also included with your confirmation email — please watch it before taking the impression.

Two mould kits are included with your order. If you need more than two, extra kits can be ordered from Extras.

Mould kits for UK orders are usually sent by next-day delivery. International delivery times vary depending on the courier and local postal service.

Take Your Dental Impressions

Follow the written instructions and video carefully so the impressions come out clearly. A clean impression is what we use to create your custom fit. If you are unsure, or something goes wrong with the mould, contact us before sending it back.

When the impressions are complete, wrap them securely in the bag provided and send them to:

We Check Your Moulds

When your moulds arrive, we check them for accuracy, especially the gum line. The impression needs to be suitable for producing your custom grillz — we do not leave the fit to guesswork.

If the impressions are suitable, you will receive a confirmation email and the order status will change to Processing. Processing means we have started making your items.

We Make Your Grillz

Production times apply after suitable, approved impressions have been received — not from the day the online order is placed.

These are typical production times after your moulds have been checked and approved. They are not a guaranteed dispatch date.

Your Grillz Are Dispatched

When your grillz are finished, we send them back to you. UK orders are posted tracked and signed-for, typically with next-day delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number, which you can use on the Royal Mail tracking page.
